A/N-Ok so I thought it would be a great idear to write a story about my favorite tv show and my favorite book into one fic hope you like it.

"You know what leo".piper halliwell wyatt shouted."If this is love i don't wwant it".she took of her wedding ring and tossed it at him she grabbed her cell phone and ran out the door and into the bath room she slamed and locked the door,she sank to the floor her hands were shaking so bad she could not dial the number she wanted.
she finally was abel to dial her best friend Amanda hunter's number she picked up on the third ring.
"Hey mandy(Her knick name) can you come get me"?piper asked.
"Whats wrong"?mandy asked.
"Please just come get me i'll tell you on the way.
"We'll be there in an hour".mandy said.
"We"?piper asked.
"Ash and I".mandy replied refering to her daughter's god father.
"Ok thans".piper said hanging up she stood up of the floor she took a couple of deap breaths then unlocked the door she was thankfull her sisters didn't come out of there room.

Leo was still there stearing out the window he turned around as she came in he was saying some thing but she tunned him out she went to the closet and grabbed her duffel bag she started tossing clothes into it thats when she felt him grab her from behind and spin her to face him.

"Where the hell are you going"?leo asked she had enough she kicked him in the groin and when he doubled over she froze him she quickly finished putting clothes in the bag and changed her clothes she looked at herself inthe mirror and was horrified at what she saw her eyes had dark spots under them and sunken in and she looked so pale and her clothes were to big she had lost a lot of weight she looked and felt like she was drowning in them.
She herd a thump behind her she turneed around and there was leo on the floor cupping himself where she kicked him she froze him again she grabbed her teddy bear benny of the and went out the door and sure enoughthere stood her sisters prue and phoebe.

"Where are you going"?prue asked following piper with phoebe behind her.
"Away from him".piper said.
"Why he's you husband".phoebe said.
Her sisters were so clueless some times she wished she could slap reality in there faces or at least freeze them.
"Go away".piper said to her sisters.
"No way".prue said piper was saved from answering by the ringing of the bell."I'll get it"phoebe said rushing to the door.
Ash took one look at piper and cursed."Where is that bastered"?Ash asked he started to head up the stairs but piper steped in front of him.

"Acheron Pathenopaeus(His full name)stop".
"Why".ash asked.
"Because i just wanna go".she wrapped her arms around her cheast hugging her self.
"Ok"ash said he picked up her bag she went to kiss her sisters.
"Amo"she said using the latin word for i love you."If you need me i'm only one call away".

"You ok"ash asked as they got in the car.
"Yeah i'm fine".piper lied she leaned in the back seat with benny clutched to her cheast.

Ash was whatching her in the review mirror.
"Answere honestly piper".ashe said"are you ok".
"Ok honestly i fel likr I have been thrue hell and back".piper answered she leaned back and whatched the houses go by.

They pulled up at mandy's house as they drove thru the gates mandy's husband kyrian hunter came out with there daughter in his arms.
"Hi". kyrian said kissing her cheek.
"Stay with marrissa".mandy said."Piper and i have to talk".She dragged piper up the stairs and into one of the spear bedrooms she pushed her to sit on the bed.
"You wanna tell me why you look like hell"?mandy asked.
"Ok sit".piper said pointing to the spot next to her she steared of in space for a while then she started talking.
"It started when we found out i could not have children we decided to do the hormonal treatmeant but after a while it started to tear me apeart one minute iwas happy the next sad I was yelling for no reason then i was crying for no reason and he didn't seem to notice,I lost so much weight that i'm swimming in my clothes and he still didn't notice then today he started to get rough and i had enough so kicked him in his groin then i packed and called you and you know the rest".

"Ow my god".mandy said she pulled piper into her arms thats when piper started crying so hard she cryied her self to sleep.
Mandy left her on the bed and went to find kyrian,ash and her baby marrissa she found them in the kitchen along with ash's best friend nick.
"What happened"?Ashed asked mandy told them what piper told her in the room.
"Good lord".ash said.
"That bastered".kyrian said.
"We should kill him".nick said they sat in the kitchen discussing what they just herd.

two days later she was getting ready to go back home she had stopped taking the hormon pills and her cheeks were nice and rosey and her eyes were no longer black and sunken in.
"You don't have to go".kyrian said.
"I know but i have a life i have to get back to".piper said"you guys have been wounderfull thank you".
"What are you gonna do".ash asked.
"Get a divorce".piper said.
"Really"?nick asked.
Yeah I have thought long and hard and that is what i want".piper said.
"I'll come with you to get them".mandy said.
"Really thank you".piper said.
"No problem".mandy answered.
She kissed each of there cheeks then she and mandy left.

Two hours later they were on there way to the mannor.
"Are you ready to do this"?mandy asked.
"As ready as i'll ever be".
They pulled up at the mannor.
"Do you want me to come in"?mandy asked.
"No i gotta do this on my own".piper said.
"Wait mandy said"did you sighn it"?
Yes piper answered she got out of the car and went up the stairs she let her self into the mannor with her keys.
"Is any body here".piper called out prue,phoebe and leo orbed in front of her.

"Look who it is".leo snered"did you finally come to your senses".
Yes i did".piper said"I want a divorce".she tossed the papers at him and stormed up the stairs.
Leo stood there stunned at what she just tossed at him.
"We'll go talk to her".prue said she and phoebe headed up the stairs.

"Piper can we come in"?phoebe asked.
"Sure come in".piper said.
"Sweetie what are you doing"?prue asked"you can't divorce him".
"Why no"?piper asked.
"Because he loves you".phoebe said.
"And because we wont let you"prue said.
"You wont let me".piper said she laughed.
"You have a choice".prue said"you could either stay with leo and be apeart of the charmed ones or you can divorce him and move out".
"You have got to be kidding me".piper said she looked toward phoebe but phoebe nooded.
"Bye then".piper said.
"Where will you go"?phoebe asked evily.
"Let me show you".piper said she pulled out her cell phone and called her friend in las vegase.
"Hey grissim is the job still open"?piper asked
"Sure"grissim said
"How soon can I start"?piper asked.
"As soon as you get here you can stay with cathrien till you get setelled"Grissim said.
"Thanks".piper said hanging up.
"Bye"Piper said"just let me pack my stuff".
she made one more phone call to ash to ask him for one of his guys to take her to las vegase and in two hours leo had singhed the divorce papers and she was in a plane flying to las vegase.
She reached las vegase in 4 hours Gil grissam and his team catherien willows,worick brown,nick stolks,sarah sadel and greg sanders meet her at the airport.
"Hi guys".piper said.
"Hi". they all replied.
"Great to have you working with us".grissam said.
"Well thats because you guys are the best csi people i know".piper said with a laugh.
"Lets go".worick said"We have your complete work up to do".
She gave blood they had her give urien in a cup then she went to stay with catherien and her daughter lindsy.

LATER IN THE LAB-
"What were pipers test results?"Grissam asked.
"Well her tocks screen is negative no alchohol no drugs nothing"greg said"And i know why she is pregnan".
"Does she know".sarah asaked hearing the end of the conversation.
"Lets go find out".Grissam said.
They piled in the car and headed for cathereins house piper opened the door and let them in they followed her in they made her sit on the couch.
"Am i dieing?"piper asked.
"Why you ask that?"greg asked.
"BEcause you all look as if someone is dieing or about to die."piper said.
"Did you know your pregnant".grissam asked.
"Ow my god".piper said then she dropped on the floor and fainted.


TWO YEARS LATER-
Piper halliwell sat whatching the cheast rise andfall of her beautifull little girl she was trying to decide if to wake her or not when her eyes opened up and looked at her mother.
"Mama"Melinda halliwell said.
"Hi baby".piper said lifting her daughter out of the crib she out of instink wrapped her arms around her mothers neck.
"Ready to go out".piper asked.
"yes".melinda said it was her second birthday.
"Lets get you changed then you can go out ok."Piper said.
Ten minutes later piper came out with melinda on her hips.
"Here is the birthday girl."nick said.
they all sang happy birthday to her piper helped her blow out the candels then she opened her presents then piper set her down to play she whatched her daughter runaround and play with the other kids piper was so happy she looked like her and not leo.

"Earth to piper".nick said"Grissam is here he has some news".
"What kind of news?"Piper asked.
"Lets find out."
"I'm sorry to give you guys this on such a nice day".grissam
said"But we keave in two days."
"Leave where?"Sarah asked.
"Sanfransisco".grissam said.
"Why are we going there."Catherein asked.
"Because we need to help train the sanfransisco csi department and the were not the only one going mack taylor and his team from ny,and horatio kane and his team from miami".
"Can i bring melinda?"piper asked.
"Yes".grissam said "they are hiering nannys to whatch them while we work."
"Ok then lets go".piper said.
"You have no problem with this?"grissam asked.
"No."Piper said"Lets go".

Two days later they arived in sanfrancisco piper got of the plane with melinda in her arms who had just fallen asleep in her arms.
"Well were here".piper said.
"Home sweet home".lindsy cathereins daughter asked.
"No"piper answered.
"Lets go".grissm said"We have to get to the conferince in an hour".
"Where is it?"piper asked.
"Golden gate park".grissam answered.
"I'm driving"piper said.
"No i am"Greg said.
"Do you know the way?"piper asked.
"You drive".greg said.
Half an hour later they arived at golden gate park.
"Look at all the people".worick said.
"look it's nypd".nick said.
"Hey lets go get a seat".sarah said.
"Look it's SFPD's comissiner derrick sanches."grissam said.
"Hush he is about to talk."piper said she was sitting with melinda on her lap.
"Ok cops,csi quiet down please".the comissiner said"We have hall gathered here today because the pesedent has been looking at our progresse reports and decided that SFPD needs help because we ave the most crime rates and the cops are durty and were killing each other so they sent up csi's from the best disctrict from las vegase,ny,miami,LAPD to help us".

"Wow they must be horrible"nick whispered.
"Without further ado"the comissimer was saying."The cops of LAPD,NYPD,MIAMI PD,LVPD AND LAPD."
The cops walked up then they calld the csi's piper left melinda with lindsy and walk up stage as andy and daryl saw her both there mouths dropped to the ground.
"What the hell is she doing up there".andy asked.
"Lets ask her."daryl said.
But she wa always with some one so they never got the chance to ask her but as soon as it was over they drove to the halliwell manor and told her sisters.

"ok people get out."piper said they were at the hotel and she was trying to get melinda settled in but her co workers would not leave so she kicked them out finally she was alone with melinda she settled down on the bed with melinda on her cheast.
"Who is the child?"she herd a voice asked she instantly pulled the gun from her dreeser and pointed it in the direction of the voice and held melinda closer.
"Who the hell are you?"piper asked she flipped on the light and there stodd prue,phoebe and some woman.
"Don't you recognise your sisters?"phoebe asked.
"Get out she said."She sat up fully which woke melinda up and she started crying.

"Mama".melinda cried.
"I'm here baby i'm here shh".she bounced melinda"Hush baby please".
"She's you daughter?"prue asked.
"No she just calls me mama for fun."piper said.
"Is she leo's child?"phoebe asked.
"Lets talk about this tomorrow".piper said"I hve a shift at six in the morning."
"No we'll talk about it now."prue said.
"If you don't go we will not talk about it at all."piper snapped.
"Fine come on phoebe,paige."prue said.
"I don't wanna go".phoebe said.
"Lets go now."Prue said grabbing her arm.
"Let her go."piper said she always had a soft spot for phoebe even though what she did to her.
"Please let me stay."phoebe begged.
"Sure why not?"piper said against any of her common sense and better jugement.
"Thank you."Phoebe said she looked a little uncomfterble standing ther looking at her shoe until piper raised the otherside of her covers she kicked of her shoe and climed in."Bye."Phoebe said to prue and paige.

"She is beautifull".phoebe said when prue and paige left.
"Thanks"piper said"what made you stay?"
"Guilt."Phoebe answered."I'm so sorry about what i did."
"It's ok."piper said.
"No it's not."Phoebe said.
"Yes it is".piper argued back."Because if you two did not do that i would not have meet my friends and co workers and I would not be working csi and i would not be this happy."

"In this case i'm not sorry."Phoebe said.
"Wanna hold her?"piper asked.
"Yes."phoebe answerwd.
Piper cearfully placed melinda in phoebes arms she showed her how to support her head and whatched her sister hold her sleeping baby.
"What's her name?"phoebe asked,
"It's melinda."piper answered.
"She is so beautiful".phoebe said watching the sleeping baby she leaned back next to piper the sister she missed for two yearsshe never of course mentioned that to prue but now that piper was here she was not ready to let her go even if it meaned breaking the power of three again.

"Phoebe wake up."Piper said.
"What?"phoebe asked.
"I have to go to work."piper said pulling the covers of phoebe she had melinda dreesed and ready.
"Ok i'm up."phoebe said sitting up.
"Come on."piper said"I'll take you home."
"I don't wanna go."phoebe said.
"you have to."piper said.
"Fine."phoebe said sitting up."Where is melinda?"
"Outside waiting to leave."piper answered.
"This eairly?"phoebe asked.
"Yes now lets go."piper said.
"Ok,ok."phoebe said getting up she followed piper out the room she saw melinda sitting on the couch waiting for her mother."Hi."phoebe said touching her nose.

"Hi."melinda said she instantly liked phoebe she raised her arms so phoebe could pick her up.
"She likes you."piper said"She doesn't let you pick her up if she doesn't like."
"You like me sweet heart?"phoebe asked melinda.
"Like you."melinda said with a cheeky smile.
"Lets put on you jacket."Piper said.
"No."melinda said.
"Why?"piper asked.
"Me no want."melinda said.
"Ow come here."piper said she took melinda out of phoebe's arms and put her jacket on thats when they herd a knock on the door.
"Let's go piper."nick said from the other side.
"Nick."Melinda screamed.
"I'm comeing."Piper said"Come on phoebe".
"What will they say?"Phoebe asked.
"Nothing i'll tell them your my sister and you dropped by lastnight."piper answered.
"Ok lets go then."phoebe said.
"Morning everyone."piper said.
"Who is the girl?"greg asked.
"This is my sister phoebe say hi."piper said she introduced phoebe to every one and everyone to phoebe.

"Can I come over tomorrow?"phorbe asked.
"Sure i would like that."piper answered she hugged her sister."I missed you phoebes."
"I missed you two."phoebe said.
She drove phoebe home then went o drop melinda of at the day cear with lindsy.

"Ok people."nick was saying as she came into the lab."you each will be assinghed a csi to deal with ok so here is your csi it's posted up on the board.
Piper looked at the board she was assinghed to some girl named amella sansheze.
"Amella sansheze."piper called out.
"I'm amella."a voice said from behind her.
"Great I'm piper halliwell lets go lets hit the road."
"But we don't have a case."amella said.
"Yes we do."Piper answered"We have a drive by shotting."
"I'm driving."amella said.
"No you are not."
"you don't even know the streets of sanfrancisco."Amella said."You'll get us lost."
"Actually i lived here for all my life until two years ago."that so shut her up she handed over the keys and they were on there way.

************the halliwell manor*****************************
"What were you thinking staying withher?"Prue screamed.
"I missed her."phoebe screamed back.
"So what."prue screamed.
"What's wrong with you?"phoebe asked"You used to be so nice and you used to love us like your life depende on it now you push piper away your damn well pushing me away, andy hardly talks to you and your turning into a cold hearted woman what would mom say if she could see you know prue really what would she say?"phoebe stormed out of the manor she went to the place where she could find peace at golden gate park.

Meanwhile piper was getting a seriouse headache her partner kept on talking and talking.
"SHUT UP."Piper screamed she had enough of her crap from the time they left the lab to the crime scene,after they left the crime scene at lunch and now at the ride back to the lab piper had have enough.
"What's your problem?"Amella asked.
"You your my problem you talk way to much."Piper said.
"Ok i'm sorry."amella said.
Piper was so glad she got of in an hour she went into the lab to find grissam.
"Whats up?"Grissam asked when piper walked up.
"How long are we training them?"piper asked.
"Six monthes why?"
"My partner is driving me nuts."piper told him.
"Sorry I can't help you gotta go."

An hour later she was in her car with meinda in the back seat heading to golden gate park when she got there she pulled melinda out of the car seat and headed for the swings when she got there she saw the most pitifull site phoebe was sitting on the swings with tears streaming down here eyes piper walked over with melinda she tapped her on the shoulder.
"What happened?"piper asked sfotly.
"Prue."phoebe replied.
"Tell me what happened baby."piper said sitting down with melinda in her arms.
So phoebe sat there with piper telling her exactly what happened.
"Ok phoebe."piper said"I'm gonna ask you a question can you promise to answer it truthfully?"
"I promise."phoebe answered.
"Where is leo?"piper asked.
"Well see umm after you left he got really angry and started killing witches then he turned into a darkhunter so we had to kill him I'm sorry."phoebe finshed.
"Don't be."piper said.
Some how sensing her mother's unease melinda started crying.
"Ok,ok."piper said bouncing melinda on her knee she swong the swing a bite so to calm her down after a while.
"Can I hold her?"phoebe asked.
"Sure sit and i'll push you."piper said she got up and passed melinda to phoebe than she went behind them and pushed the swing.

"I love you piper."phoebe said""And I'm so sorry."
"I love you two."piper said"Do you wanna come with me tonigh?"piper asked.
"That would be so good."phoebe said"Thank you."
"You welcome we'll leave in like an hour."piper said.

Later that night she and phoebe were in the bathe room giving melinda a bath and splashing each other she really missed this and her little sister.
After they put melinda to be they were sitting on the couch watching tv just content to be in each other's presense.
she look at phoebe and realised she was sleeping she lifted her little sister into her arms and carried her into the room she sighed phoebe had lost so mush wieght that piper could lift her up and when she changed to one of piper's night gowns piper saw all her ribs sticking out.
IN THE MORNING-
"Phoebe i have to go but i'll come get you later ok."piper said she was about to leave she was sitting in the car outside the manor with phoebe in the passenger seat and phoebe in back in her car seat.
"I don't wanna go."phoebe said.
"I know sweety but i'll come get you later."piper said.
"Bye melinda."phoebe said.
"bye bye."melinda waved.
Phoebe kissed her sister and her neices's cheek then climbed out of the car as soon as she entered the manor prue was on her .
"Where the hell were you?"Prue screamed.
"Non of yours."Phoebe said.
Prue got really made she slapped phoebe so hard that she fell to the floor she started crying she got up and ran out of the house.

Piper dropped melinda at the daycare then went to her work as soon as she left prue and paige orbed into the day cear they grabbed melinda out of the crib melinda started bawling she did not like prue she started screaming for her mother and everyone who ran up to prue she pushed them back with her power then she grabbed paige and ordered her to orb them out.

Piper just reached the lab when the daycare called her they said two freaky girls did this weirded thing and aapeared then the grabbed melinda and vanished she got really pissed she knew exactly who took melinda she dialed phoebe's cell number.
"Phoebe they took her."Piper said.
"Who took her?"phoebe asked.
"Prue and that paige girl."piper answered.
"Ok i'll meet you at the daycare give me the adreese."
She called her howl team and told them to meet her at the day care.
"Ow my god."catherein said she hugged her daughter close.
"What happened?"Sarah asked.
"They are getting the details from the lady now."piper said.
"Hey piper there is a girl here claiming to be your sister."Greg said.
"Let her in."Piper said phoebe came running up to her.
"Are you ok?"phoebe asked.
"No."piper said."I want my daughter."
"I know."phoebe said she pulled her sister in her arms.
"I'm going outside to get some air."Piper said her co workers were prossesing the crime scene she pulled phoebe out with her."I'm gonna kill her."
"Who?"phoebe asked.
"Prue I know she took my baby."piper said.
"Ok we'll go over to the manor."phoebe said.
"Lets go I swear i'll hurt her if she hurts my child."piper said she pulled phoebe to the car she yelled over her shoulder that she was going to clear her head to grissam.

"She wont stop crying."paige said.
"Ow god shut up."Prue screamed at melinda which made her cry even more they were at paige's apartment.

Piper and phoebe just arrived at the manor phoebe unlocked the door but there was no body there.
"Give me your cell."piper said to phoebe when she passed it over she looked for prue's cell number then she dialed it.
"Hello."prue said picking up.
"Listen bitch I want my daughter back."piper said she could here her daughter screaming in the back ground.
"What are you gonna do?"prue asked.
"I will arrest you."piper said.
"First you have to find me."prue said then she hangged up on her.
"I'm so gonna kill her."piper said."I can hear her screaming in the back ground.
"Ok we can scry for her."phoebe said.
"No i have another idear."piper said.
"What?"phoebe asked.
"Do you have a resent picture of prue?"piper asked.
"Yes."phoebe answered.
"Great give it to me."piper said as soon as phoebe gave her the picture they jumped in piper's car and drove to the daycare as soon as she drove up she was bobarded with reporters she pulled phoebe threw the croud and inside she headed srait to the lady who was telling them what happened.
"Is this the woman?"piper asked.
"Yes thats her."the lady said.
"Who is she?"Grissam asked."
"My sister."Piper answered.
"Ok so case resolved?"nick asked.
"Hell no."piper said."She did not ask permission to take my daughter I want an APB put out on her put her picture on every news station there is until she gives my daughtr back I want her back."
"I'm on it."Grissam said.
They went out and gave prue's picture to the new's people phoebe pulled piper to the side.
"Paige is our half sister pipe."phoebe said."Turns out mom had an afair with her wightlighter sam then she got pregnant she had to give the baby up because witches and wightlighter's are not suppose to have children.
"Good lord."Piper said."Do you have a picture of paie?"
"Yes in my bag."phoebe said they showed the laddy paige then when she told them it was her they gave the news people her picture then piper went up and talked to the press about her daughter.

Later that day prue and paige were watching tv when they saw there pictures pop up on the screen then piper as soon as melinda saw her mothe she started screaming for her mother again.
"That bitch."prue said.
"Maybe we should give her melinda back."paige said quietly.
"Hell no."prue said.

Piper was standing in bed room holding her daughter's piloe close to her cheast she just gave the blood hounds melinda's most resently worn clothes she started crying again just thinking about her daughter.
"Can i sit?"phoebe asked.
She turned and pulled phoebe into her arms she sat crying into her cheast.
"I just want my baby back."piper said."I want her in my arms I wanna see her beautifull face."
"I know."phoebe said.

Later that night she sat playing with piper's hair she had finally cried her self to sleep phoebe sighed she layed down next to piper and was asleep in seconds.

"God shut her up."prue was screaming at paige.
"Here you do it."paige screamed back she shoved melinda into prue's arms and walked away.
"What do you want?"Prue asked melinda.
"Mama."melinda said.
"your damn mother is not here."prue said they were sitting on the couch in paiges appartment.

The next morning piper woke up she was about to go for melinda but then she remembered she was not there she went to it at the kitchen table and dropped her head into her arms and started crying again thats when catherien came in she pulled a chair up and wrapped her arms around her.
"We'll find them."catherien said.
"I hope so."Piper said.
"Come on lets make something."Catherein said.
"What do you wanna make?"piper asked.
"Whatever your heart desiers."Catherein said.
"My heart desiers my daughter."piper said."But I'll make panckes."
"Ok lets start."Piper said.
They got lost in makeing panckes and phoebe eating them then the hole team came in and eat and she was having a great time they were having a great time destracting her but then andy and daryl came in.
"Can I talk to you?"andy asked.
"Sure come on."piper said she followed out to the hallway and closed the door.
"What were you thinking?"andy asked.
"What do you mean?"piper asked.
"Sending an APB out on prue and paige."andy said.
"They took my daughter."piper said.
"What happened to you guys?"andy asked."You three were so close."
"That sisterhood endded the day she made me chose between."piper said.
"chose between what?"andy asked.
"Ask your girl friend."piper said she pushed andy away from her and went back in she headed strait to her room she went in and locked the door.

Phoebe went out she explained to andy what happened between the three sisters.
"Ow I feel like such a jerk."andy said.
"Come on lets go in."phoebe said she went to piper's door and nocked on the door.
"Open the door piper."phoebe said and recieved no answer."PIper mayana halliwell you better open this door."
"Thats her middle name?"nick asked he laughted.
Piper opened the door."Last time i cheacked i was older."piper said."and nick shut up you middle name is draco so don't talk."
"Can we talk?"andy asked.
"Sure come in."piper said she opened the door more and let him in.
"I'm really sorry about how i acted."andy said."I didn't know the facts and I jumed to conclusions."
"Thats ok come on."as soon as she opened the door phoebe felin but andy grabbed her befor she hi the floor.
"You ok?"andy asked as he set her on her feet.
"thanks andy."phoebe said.
"No problem."andy said.
"Eat piper."Worick said.
"I'm not hungry."Piper said.
"Ok."Worick said he looked at his co workers and her sister as she went back to the stove just then phoebe's phone rang.
"It's prue."Phoebe said as she looked at the caller ID she passed the phone to piper.
"I want my daughter."piper said coldly.
"Here talk to her."prue said she shoved the phone by melinda's ear.
"Mama".melinda said.
"Hi baby I love you."piper said.
"Love you."melinda said."Come get me mama."



"I'm comming baby,"piper said she had to keep prue on the phone for thirty seconds so that they could trace the call.
"Times up."prue said.
"Wait."piper said."Why do you have my child?"
"Well you turned my sister against me so i'm takeing your child and turning her against you."prue said.
"That is so stupid i could laugh."piper said.
"Really because i seem to recall i have your daughter."prue said thats when piper saw the thumbs up from worick.

"We got her."Worick said.

"Wait befor we go."grissam said."What do you want us to do about prue and paige?"
"Just leave them be i just want my daughter and i'm comeing in with you."piper said.

They drove silantly to paiges apartment as soon as they hit the stairs they herd melinda screaming her guts out.
They bust into the apartmen prue jumped up but piper pulled out her gun.
"Move prue and I will shoot you."piper said.
"Mama."melinda said as she saw her mother she climbed of the chair and ran to her mother as mother and daughter meet everything was right in the world with piper again.
"What do you wanna do with them."Nick asked.
"Ow put them in jail for like a month then let them go."Piper said she was sitting in the ambulance who was cheaking melinda out to soo that she was not hurt,phoebe was sittting next to her.
"Hey can i hold her?"phoebe asked.
"Sure."piper said she was about to hand melinda to phoebe but she would not let go her face started to screw up and you knew she was gonna cry.
"How about later."phoebe said."
"Yes later."piper said she hugged her daughter close to her cheast.
"Mama don't let go."melimda said.

They took her home and she ended up in the kitchen cooking with melinda eating like she was starved then they bathed her piper sat on the bed rocking her and even in dream melinda would not let go she held on tight to her mother as if she would disapear.

Phoebe crawled into the bed next to Piper and Melinda.
"Hey baby you ok?"piper asked making phoebe jump she hadn't known she was awak.
"Yeah i'm ok."phoebe said.
"we need to talk."piper said.
"I have a felling I will not like this."phoebe said.
"Well my boss asked me if I wanted to leave and go back to las vegase and I told him I would."she watched for phoebe's reaction."I know i'ts all of a sudden but I want to go."
"I don't want you to go."phoebe said.
"I know baby but las vegase is my home now."piper said.
"No it's not your home is here with me."phoebe said.
"But phoebe my job is in las vegase my friends are there and melinda is growing up there."piper said.
"When do you leave?"phoebe asked.
"In one week."piper said.
"Thats how long?"phoebe asked.
"Sorry sweety."piper said.
"Lets get some sleep."phoebe said."Do you have the week of?"
"Yep and it's just me you and melinda."piper answered.

IN THE MORNING-
"Hey lets go."phoebe shouted from the door they were getting ready to go to the park.
"Yayyyy."melinda ran thru the house screaming.
"slow down."piper said she ran behind melinda and scooped her up."Slow down baby."piper said again.
"I wanna get down."melinda said and wiggeled her way out of her mothers grip and ran to phoebe.
"I got you."phoebe said picking her up.
"Bebe down."melinda said laughing.
"Put you down?"phoebe asked pretending to act shocked which got melinda laughing again.
"Lets go sweethearts."piper said comeing up and putting her arms around her sister and her daughter.

They spent the howl day at the park playing ball then they had a picnic phoebe never laughed so hard in her life she was having a great time then the day was over and she was a little sad because that means it was one more day till when piper and melinda went back to las vegase.
that day as soon as they put melinda to bed they went out to whatch tv untill phoebe fell asleep in piper's arms.

Four days later after they went to the beach the parks shopping and did everything they could think of doing phoebe had to face reality and realise that piper and melind were leaving.
they were packed and about to leave for the airport.

"I'll miss you."phoebe said.
"I'll miss you two."piper said hugging her sister and melinda who didn't wanna be left out ran and hugged there legs until piper reached down and scooped her up.
"we go bye bye mama?"melinda asked.
"Yes baby."piper said.
"bebe two?"melinda asked.
"No baby phoebe is staying here."piper said she saw melinda looked puzzeled for a second then angry.
"No."she screamed."Bebe come."
"I can't baby."phoebe said she bent down to melinda's level and hugged her."I'll miss you."
"I'll send lots of pictures."piper said."And you send lots."
"I love you."phoebe said.
"I love you to baby."piper said then she regretfully looked at her watch."We gotta go babe."
"I know."phoebe said."I'm stalling."
"I love you so much."piper said."But we gotta go the captin is expacting me back today."
"I have you adreese."phoebe said."I'll write a lot."
They hugged again then piper took melinda's hand and they went out to the car.
"Bye."they all said at the same time.

Three hours later piper arrived at her house.
"Home sweet home."piper said as she carried melinda in.
Thousands of miles away in sanfrancisco phoebe was realising what a mistack she made she just got her sister back and now she let her go hell no she drove to the airport and asked for the first flight out to las vegase.....
