*voice over* Tonight on ‘Spellbound with Adri, we bring you Freaky Fan *applause* as she sits down for 20 questions with your host, Adri.

Adri: Welcome to Spellbound Freaky Fan, glad you could join us this evening.
Freaky Fan: Well I'm glad I could be here, Adri.

Adri: I will start off with a few personal questions if it all right with you. How old are you, and where are you from?
FF: I'm 27, soon to be 28 in December and I live in the Buckeye State. Otherwise known as Ohio.

Adri: I know you are single, can you tell us a bit about your family? Brothers, sisters or such?
FF: I've got two brothers, both older so they think they're my dad or something. But they gave me the loves of my life. My three nieces and my nephew. Being an aunt totally rocks.

Adri: What interests or hobbies do you have?
FF: Let's see. I like to try to outdo a couple of friends of mine at writing cliffies in fan fics. LMAO Other than that, I love the great outdoors. Give me someplace to walk and my dog and I'm in seventh heaven. There's just something about the solitude of nature....

Adri: How would you describe your personality?
FF: I'm a nut. A hoot. The life of the party. LOL Seriously, I love to laugh. I don't think there is anything I wouldn't do to make someone else laugh. And according to my mom, I'm one of the most laid back people she knows. So I guess you could say I'm easy going with a good sense of humor.

Adri: If you could go back in time in your own life and change one thing, what would it be?
FF: You know, I think I can honestly say there's not a thing I would change. Well, there is one thing, but getting rid of one of my parents would make me a different person and I like who I am, so we'll leave that one alone. Other than that, I'm happy. I have a family who loves me, a job that keeps me on my toes and some really good friends. What more could I possibly want?

Adri: What is the craziest, or most spur of the moment, thing you have ever done?
FF: Hmmm, let's see. I would have to go with the time I went sled riding in a canoe. And there was also the time that a friend and I were racing two other friends back to my house to see who got to play Mortal Kombat first. We won by pulling over and pretending something was wrong with the car til out friends got out of their vehicle and then we took off. Oh, and there was the time that I got right up next to the elevator doors at the hospital and yelled "BOO!" as they opened. Right in some little old lady's face.

Adri: LOL, Sounds to me like your character Rion, in your series, is she based on you?
FF: Somehow I KNEW you were gonna ask me that! I'd have to say to some extent, yes. I mean, we all put a little of ourselves in the stories we write. And I created Rion from scratch. I had to use a little of my own history to build one for her. From there she has taken on a life of her own. I'm just glad people seem to like her.

Adri: Speaking of your series, that brings us to the show, Charmed. Of the four sisters on the show, who are you most like, and why?
FF: I know this is probably gonna come as a shock to some people considering Prue is my favorite, but I would have to go with Phoebe. (Close your mouth Di, you're letting flies in) The Phoebe of old that is. I know how it is to be the baby of the family. To have two older siblings watching over you. And I've worked extra hard to make sure people know I'm my own person. I'm related to them, but that doesn't make me exactly like them. Plus I can levitate. No, wait. That's meditate.

Adri: What season or episode is the one that most defines what the show is all about in your opinion?
FF: Season one, hands down. Prue, Piper and Phoebe were three sisters trying to deal with being witches. Not three witches trying to deal with being sisters. There was a bond there. One that got lost in the shuffle later on.

Adri: If you were writing for the show, what would you do different?
FF: I'd bring Rion on. LMAO I would write more sisterly moments. They are sorely lacking right now. And I'm sorry to all you Paige fans out there, but I would have found a way to keep Prue around.

Adri: How would you have resolved the conflict?
FF: Between Shannen and Alyssa? I would have locked them in a room until they worked out their differences. People don't go from being friends to being enemies over night. At least not normally. I'm sure there's some history there that none of us know about, but I think they could have worked it out if someone sat them down and said, "Fix it!!"

Adri: How do you as a Prue fan feel about the addition of Paige? Has the character felt forced or have TPTB let her grow into the show?
FF: At first I felt she was being forced on us as an audience. But this season she seems a little more comfortable with who and what she is. I guess what I'm saying is she's growing into the show, and growing on me a little. But I'll always be a Prue fan.

Adri: With the addition of the male members of the cast do you feel as though the show has lost focus?
FF: Yep. Like I said before, it used to be three sisters trying to deal with being witches. Now it's three witches trying to deal with being sisters. That's just not what the show is supposed to be about for me.

Adri: Now I would like to move on to a few questions about your writing. Of all your stories, what one was the hardest for you to write, and why?
FF: I would say The Orion Factor, my first in the series. I was introducing a character no one had seen before. That's always tough because you have to make that character believable for the readers. Otherwise no one is going to accept them as being part of the Charmed world.

Adri: Where do you find inspiration for your stories?
FF: Wow. That's a doozy. I would have to say I get some of my inspiration from reading other people's fics and the responses that they get. You now, feel out what the readers like and don't like. But I also get inspiration from late night conversations with you and Di. There's nothing like a couple of fellow writers to bounce your ideas off of.

Adri: Aside from the ‘bet plots’ do you think you will write any non Rion stories, and how DID you get involved in those ‘bets’?
FF: Uh, I'm not sure. I really like writing about Rion. As for the bets, I can blame it all on a Crazy Canuck. But at least betting on football games only costs me stories. The bet on that damned hockey game is gonna cost me airfare!! What was I thinking.... betting a Canadian on a hockey game. (Don't even go there, Di!!)

Adri: What type of fics do you find the most compelling to read, or write?
FF: I like Prue fics for obvious reasons. And I like action. There's something about women kicking ass that draws me in. I think it's because we get stereotyped as being weak WAY too often. And I like a good sisters moment ever now and then.

(18)Adri: What advice would you give to a writer to help them improve their stories?
FF: Go with your gut. Second guessing your first instinct on what to write will only get you in trouble. And don't be afraid to draw your stories out a little. A quick fix is nice, but you need to put a little meat in there too. Give the readers something to sink their teeth into.

Adri: If you were asked to challenge another writer besides Di or myself to write a story, who would it be, and what would the plot be?
FF: I don't think I could single out just one writer. There are way too may good ones out there. As for the plot, I'm not sure. It would probably involve Prue in some life threatening situation. That seems to be my specialty. LOL

Adri: Last question, What do you see in the future for yourself, and the show?
FF: I see lots and lots of Rion stories. And I hope the show finds a way to bring the sisters closer together. You can see it starting, but I think it needs to happen a little faster. And, of course, they need to convince Shannen to reprise the Prue role for at least one show. I would say forever, but I don't want to seem too greedy.

Adri: I want to thank you once again for joining me tonight, it was a pleasure having you here. I hope the readers enjoyed this as much as I did.
FF: Me too. I really had fun. Keep on writing everyone!!

Adri: Well, thats all we have time for on this installment of ‘Spellbound’, tune in next week when my special guest will be *******, thank you and have a good night.

*evil grin* What, did you think I would actually tell you who was coming next week?

*fade out*
