This week I welcome a someone we are all familiar with. She has spent a lot of time writing, making an awesome site, and just being an all round great person. Put your hands together and lets welcome Talula to the show!

*She walk out on to the set, giving a little wave to the crowd before sitting down in the other recliner.*

Adri: Welcome to the show, glad you could join me today. How are you?
Talula: I'm just great.

Adri: How old are you, and where do you live?
Talula: I'm almost 22 (November 24, buy presents!) and I live in southwest Illinois.

Adri: Can you tell us a bit about your family? Brothers, sister, any kids?
Talula: I'm the youngest of five. I've got two brothers, two sisters, three in-laws, a niece, a nephew and one nephew on the way. We're all very close, even though the family is so big.

Adri: What do you do, or wish to do, for a career?
Talula: Anything but what I'm doing now! Just kidding. Eventually I would like to become a published author. However, my more short-term goal is to get job in literary publishing.

Adri: Can you describe your personality to us? Fun loving, shy, outgoing?
Talula: Well, I usually say I'm shy. I guess I'm shy around strangers, but once I get to know people I'm more outgoing and talkative.

Adri: What is the one thing that annoys you more then anything else?
Talula: You want me to choose just one thing? Well, I think the one thing that annoys me more than anything, because I was an English major, is "kewl talk" on the Internet. I mean, I can understand not having perfect spelling, but people who intentionally misspell stuff because they think it's fun or different or whatever really grate on my nerves.

Adri: What would you consider a relaxing evening?
Talula: I think reading a good book or writing with a little Tori Amos on in the background is a good evening for me. I like alone time to relax.

Adri: Is there anyone person you would like to meet? This can be anyone, living or dead, and what would you like to ask them?
Talula: I really would like to meet Holly Marie Combs, but I think if I actually came face to face with her I would end up staring at her like an idiot and then running away embarrassed.

Adri: I would like to ask you a few questions about Charmed now. What drew you to the show in the beginning?
Talula: I'm honestly not sure. I actually started watching season one reruns the summer after the show began because one of my friends said it was a pretty good show. And once I started watching I just kept with it. I'm not sure what kept me at first, but once I saw The Wendigo I just totally loved Holly and kept watching out of loyalty to her.

Adri: Do you feel the show has been a good influence on television?
Talula: Uh...I think at first it was a good semi-non-violent show that was fun for younger teens and stuff. And the sister relationships were very real. I'm not sure what else to say about that

Adri: Now that HMC and AM are producers, how do you think the show will go? What direction?
Talula: Well, I'm hoping it will get better. Season four was just a really bad season and the writers didn't transition well. I'm hoping as producers the actress will try to pull a little weight and get the show back up to a higher standard. And the show has been gradually improving this season, and I think the Phoebe and Cole saga is finally going to end this season.

Adri: What episode do you feel showed the actresses at their full potential?
Talula: Well, I don't know if there's one set episode. I think they each have their own certain episode where they really shined and showed what they could do. Alyssa was really at her best in season one and that showed in The Woogy episode. Shannen was awesome in All Hell Breaks Loose. Rose has really done well for herself and I think Fifth Halliwheel was her shining moment last season. As for Holly...I honestly can't choose because of my bias.

Adri: What is you favorite episode or season and why?
Talula: My favorite episode is The Wendigo for the reason I said above. It's the first episode I really noticed Holly and became a fan. It's a nostalgia thing.

Adri: What would you change on the show if you could?
Talula: I would go back to Sleuthing With the Enemy and rewrite it so Phoebe actually vanquished Cole. I think that one moment where she let him live is what doomed the show to the horror that was season four. Well, okay, Shannen being booted had something to do with season four, but at least if Cole had been vanquished we would have different stories that didn't involve him being good-being evil-being good-being evil...so on and so forth.

Adri: If you could write a script, for any season, what would it be?
Talula: Well, if you hadn't figured it out by now, the script would involve a lot of Piper. Um...I'm not sure what the plot would be. I guess I wouldn't mind rewriting All Hell Breaks Loose so a different sister dies.

Adri: Now a few questions about your fic’s. What was the first one you wrote, and what decided you to do it?
Talula: Ah, my first fic. It seems like it's been forever. My first one was...my god I can't even remember the name. Piper took a theater class and one of her classmates summoned a demon to kill her. And I'm not sure what possessed me to write it. I think it may have been a fic I read called "What's a Little Demon Butt-Kicking Between Friends?" That was the first fan fic I ever read and it was really good. So I decided I'd try my hand at it.

Adri: What was the hardest story you ever wrote?
Talula: Well I think I would have to say Living Nightmares because I had to develop almost thirty other characters based off of members of the fan fic boards. It ended up being my longest fic ever at over 100 pages.

Adri: What sister is the easiest and the hardest, for you to write? Why?
Talula: Easiest is Piper. I think that's self-explanatory based off of my obsessed fan rants earlier. Phoebe and Prue used to be equally hard for me, but now Phoebe is the hardest because I really don't like her character right now. Paige is actually not too hard for me either. I like her

Adri: What inspires you to write?
Talula: Um...well, I'm not sure. It used to be that after watching an episode I would have some sort of idea for a fic, but now I haven't been writing as much. Sometimes songs and movies inspire me too. It just depends.

Adri: What type of fics do you find the most interesting to read?
Talula: Piper fics! Do I sound like a broken record yet? Actually, fics with more action and a little bit of Piper angst are ones I like more. If Piper gets hurt, for some weird reason it makes the fic more interesting to me. I'm weird like that.

Adri: What advice would you give some one about writing?
Talula: Well, it sounds cliche, but write what you know. Don't try to write a fic about things you know nothing about. And if you really want to write about something you don't know about, do research. That's something that annoys me is when people write inaccurately about something because they didn't take the time to research it.

Adri: Thank you for joining me today, it was a real pleasure talking to you, as always. We hope to see more of you, and keep the great work going on your site.
Talula: Thanks. I'll try.

Thats all for today. Next week I will be welcoming someone else, not sure who, lol, so tune in next week.
