The spot lights flicked on as the band started to play. The crowd cheered as the announcer started. “Witches and Demons. Back by popular demand we bring you a new exciting instalment of Spellbound. ” the roars are heard from both sides of the room as for one evening good and evil sit side by side. “Now lets welcome DI!!”

Di walks down the steps though the crowd.

“Wow a great crowd her tonight. Now you all know the rules. No energy balls or magical spells for at least an hour. Now for the last few months she has caught us all with her new version of a Charmed life. One that has a fifth sister. Pollux. Please give a warm welcome for YOUNGEST HALLIWELL!”

“Good evening YH? Glad you could make it tonight. I will start off with a few personal questions if it all right with you. How old are you, and where are you from?

Wow, hot seat right off, huh? Well I'm 27 and I'm from West Virginia, but I hope to very shortly become a Floridian.

Di: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would that be, and why?

Ah, an easy one. Auckland, New Zealand. And I will live there one day. Auckland is great. From what I understand, you got this great city that has all the comforts of a big city - you can't throw a rock without hitting a bar . . . but then if you drive just like half an hour to an hour - you're in the middle of untamed country. It's great. And if I couldn't live there - simply someplace tropical.

Di: Can you tell us a bit about your family? Brothers, sisters or such?

No siblings. Not biologically anyway. I used to wish and wish and wish that I had big sisters. Well be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. When I was eighteen, I got three - all at once. I have best friends that are just like sisters - they keep me in line. God knows somebody has too. I don't get to see two of them very much anymore . . . but I see one all the time and if it weren't for her, you probably wouldn't be able to read my stories . . . cause I wouldn't be here to right em.

Di: How would you describe your personality?

Crazy. No seriously, I am. Not the 'I will hunt you down and kill you, you can't talk to me' crazy . . . but the 'fun' crazy. Believe it or not, I'm actually a little shy, but once I get to know you and get more comfortable around you, I'll do just about anything to make you laugh. And I'm always doing crazy, off-the-wall, unexpected stuff . . . like deciding at noon on New Year's Eve that driving to New York is a good idea.

Di: If you could go back in time in your own life and change one thing, what would it be?

Ugh. Tough one. I would have to say it would be my profession of love to a guy I went to college with. He and I were good friends . . . I thought I loved him, decided to tell him . . . boy did I get shot down. Oh well, at least him and his husband are happy now. Okay, how many of you are laughing. 'Cause you should be . . . it's true.

Di: What is the craziest, or most spur of the moment, thing you have ever done?

Got married in Vegas. No, not really, not the marrying kind. Crazy, most spur of the moment, you say . . . hmmm . . . this is hard, I do crazy, spur of the moment everyday . . . okay, once I snuck onto the fourteenth green of a prestigious golf course at a high class resort to watch Fourth of July fireworks. There are others, but we'll go with that one.

Di: Now for the reason we all tuned in; Charmed. What drew you to the show in the beginning? When did you first see it?

Okay, funny story . . . saw the pilot . . . LOVED IT . . . problem was I was roommates with my best friend/sister at that time. She was not such a fan. At that time she had a weird work schedule and worked every other Thursday night (that's right, for all you have forgotten, it used to be on Thursday) and I was quickly informed that I could watch it every other Thursday . . . huge fight . . . she's the older sister, so she wins . . . anyway, she finally relented in Season Three - which is when I started watching it regularly. And the whole reason I tuned in to begin with . . . the supernatural and Shannen Doherty.

Di: Of the four sisters on the show, who are you most like, and why?

Paige. I'm the only child trying to adapt to the instant addition of sisters. Okay, they're not my biological family, but they're my sisters none-the-less. That sibling relationship is this whole new dynamic that was foreign for a large portion of my life. Now, there are people in my life that would care if I played 'chicken' with a semi. Sure my family would have cared, but they didn't know . . . siblings have their way of finding out everything. And the yelling . . . oh, the yelling . . . you hate it when it's directed at you, but love it when it's defending you . . . how is that possible?

Di: If you were writing for the show, what would you do different?

Watch me piss people off. Milano would be so gone and we would still be living in the Era of Prue.

Di: How do you think the dynamics of the show would have changed if Paige had been written as older than Prue rather than the baby of the family?

Wow, tough one . . . really, really tough one. See, by making Paige the baby, everybody had to adjust to new roles, even Paige. And trust me, when you go from being the only, to being the baby - major period of adjustment - MAJOR. You go from answering to nobody (because really, who listens to their parents?) to being forced to listen to somebody. Craziness. If Paige were the oldest, she's the only one with the adjustment period. Oh My God! - I now have two people I have to watch out for. Piper and Phoebe would have still been like, Oh, I'm the middle child and you're the youngest - we can do that. Not much change in the dynamics there, and when you lose one of the major characters, you need to shake the dynamics to keep people watching.

Di: Did AMC and AM becoming Producers effect the show in anyway? If so how?

Watch me take the easy out on this one. My answer is no more than it would have. Simply because, if I'm remembering correctly - God, please let me be remembering correctly - they became producers in Season 4 which is the Season we lost Prue. So the changes were coming, no questions . . . they just kind of jumped on the train as it left the station.

Di: If you were a character on the show, what powers would you like to have? And would you choose to be good or evil?

Me? So a shape-shifter. Constantly changing my skin to fit into a situation. And I think I would be evil, but that evil being that the sisters care about. Like Cole, but not like Cole - in the end, when it's important, I would do the right thing and help them save the world - simply because it was important to them. It's cause evil has more fun and sometimes the cooler powers and no inhibitions.

Di: Now I would like to move on to a few questions about your writing. What made you start writing Fan Fiction?

Okay, emotional one. See, I used to write stuff other than fanfiction - all the time and I used to watch loads and loads of television. And I had the real world, I lived in everyday (which was not always cool) and then I had the fantasy world(s) that I moved characters around in my head in. (I'm not insane, I swear). Well, my grandmother - who had done just as much to raise me as my parents - passed away. My fantasy world imploded - all nine planets, decimated within a matter of seconds. Major ugliness - and my real world wasn't looking so hot. Well, when things finally calmed down (best word I got, even though it's still not calm) out of the rubble and the ruin of my fantasy world, I couldn't tell where anything was, where anything had been, and had no idea how to start rebuilding. Things looked pretty bleak. Well in the weeks following - the ONLY thing that could hold my attention for any time span at all was Charmed. That was it, nothing else . . . not even Buffy the Va
Di: When you write, do you have a plot worked out, or just a general idea?

I USUALLY (can't stress the fact that that word is not always, enough) know the final destination. And a few stops I have to hit along the way, but I by no means know it all. Most of the time I sit down and go, this is where I have to go today, okay brain - get me there. Now sometimes - RARELY- I know exactly where it's going. Believe it or not, the exception to that rule is Jackson (Pollux's boyfriend). He was created during a deep fried twinkie, hot dog, beer induced fifth inning of a baseball game. Within six outs, I knew exactly where he came from, exactly what he's doing, and exactly where he's going. I just have to infiltrate him into the appropriate places of the sister's lives. Most of the time, even if he's not in a story, he's doing something that you'll get to hear about later.

Di: What type of fics do you find the most compelling to read, or write?

Anything with a good fight between sisters. A fight between any people who love each other so fiercely is packed with drama and raw emotion. If I lose myself in the moment, it's a good one.

Di: If you were asked to challenge another writer to write a story, who would it be, and what would the plot be?

Ah, my interviewer, this is where you're in the hot seat. The challenge would be to you. I love your whole missing scene series. This just kind of takes it to the next level. I would challenge you to turn the whole first season into a big, long story. The catch, you ask. I was just getting there, I reply. There is a Paige. She's grown up with them her entire life and she is the baby of that family. I can see the wheels turning already.

Di: Where do you find inspiration for your stories?

Oh, there's inspiration everywhere. Even from the stupid people who annoy me at work everyday. They just usually end up as people who die relatively quickly. HeeHee. My own revenge. Seriously though, there is inspiration everywhere - you just have to look for it.

Di: What sister is the easiest and the hardest, for you to write? Why?

The easiest to write is Pollux . . . oh wait, you probably mean actual show characters. Sorry. Prue. Prue is the easiest. I relate to her. We're both stubborn and determined. And anger, anger always works for us, but we get over it. The hardest is Phoebe. Simply because I don't always understand what she's thinking. Now granted, that's usually when she's butting heads with Prue, but still . . .

“Well that’s a wrap for tonight folks. Now. Please leave quietly and then you can continue your battle of good and evil. But I will see you all next week.”

Di gets up and starts off the stage as she looks over at YH, “Well if they don’t vanquish each other before then.”
