Teeny lays no claim to the Charmed One’s, but the story is her’s!
Who knew that one man, one mortal man could change the lives of four women, the Halliwell women. Grams had finally wed one of the most perfect men, or so she thinks.
Part1
Prue – 16
Piper - 14
Phoebe - 10
Penny looked at her fiancée dressed in his tusk. Although, it was her fourth wedding, she felt this man was the best. He loved her girls; he loved her. She smiled with the satisfaction; the suspense of what was to come in her life was aching at her heart. She found what could be the perfect man. He was in his mid forties, however, as handsome as ever. He was a tall man, overpowering muscles and strength. His jet back hair and dark seducing eyes pulled her in.
"Mr. Oscar Jones, you may kiss your bride," announced the priest.
Prue smiled with pride and happiness and she watched her grandmother kiss her husband. She liked, no loved Oscar. He treated her sister with such sweetness, spoiled them rotten. But what really led this guy into her heart was his respect for her love of photography. Now if someone in her family appreciated that, they were on the top of her list. She felt Piper wrapped her arm around her waist.
Piper leaned her head on her sister’s shoulder. Happiness. Oscar would definitely bring this semi- broken family together. They weren’t broken, just semi-dysfunctional. Grams had finally felt someone. She smiled, as she did she glanced over at Phoebe. The little flower girl. She was so little for her age. But there was something about the look on her face that caught Piper’s eye.
With Prue in tow, she walked to the opposite row of pew where Phoebe was sitting, watching like always. She picked Phoebe up and sat her in her lap and in dark red pews.
"Hey baby, did you like the wedding?" Piper asked. Phoebe’s eyes still focusing on the happy couple.
"Yes," she replied without changing her focus.
"What are you looking at, kid? Prue asked with a chuckle. "What’s more interesting than us?"
"Don’t get me wrong, I like Oscar, I think he’s really cool. But don’t you think it’s weird that he and Grams got married after knowing each other not even two months. I like him a lot, but he’s . . .I can’t explain it. He kinda scares me."
Phoebe looked up at her older sisters for an urge for guidance. Prue gave a laugh and Piper smiled. Phoebe was cute when she was unsure, but usually no one took her seriously when she was unsure. Sometimes that decision would be unwise. However, they were sure she was wrong.
"Phoebe you have nothing to worry about," Piper said with a smile.
"Yeah, Oscar’s a great guy. He would never hurt us, especially you. He loves you."
That’s the problem, Phoebe thought to herself.
A Week later
Grams collapsed on the couch. Prue and Piper sat on either side of them. Worn out by the day.
"Well, my darlings," Grams said with a sigh. "That’s all of it. It’s official, Oscar’s moved in completely."
"We should give him a plague," Piper laughed.
Just then, Phoebe came in high on Oscar’s should giggling in delight. Maybe she was wrong about him. She laughed as her throw her up in the air as if she were as light as a feather. He handed her to Prue, who started tickling her. He sat across from the girls on the coffee table. He had had a conversation with Penny the night before about how he thought he and Phoebe needed to get to know each other better. Penny agreed and was delighted he was willing to do so.
"I have a surprise for you Piper," Oscar smiled. Piper brightened. "I have a friend in the city, a little while from her that has invited you and your Grams to stay at their hotel and four star restaurant. I pulled some strings and they said if you wanted to they would love to have you help out in the kitchen for the week."
Piper shot up in excitement.
"Really! OMG!! THANK YOU!!!!! EEEEEE!" Prue smiled as the now enlighten Piper ran up the stairs. "I’m going to pack right now!!!!"
"Prue, I convinced you Grams to let you go, if you want, to Berkley for the weekend with the Trudeau boy to take a few courses in Photography, and on Thursday and Friday and can hang with my bud, Jill who’s a magazine photographer. Sort of shadow."
Prue’s face lit up with excitement! She embraced Oscar in the longest hug!
"Thank you!!! OMG! Thank you!" but then she stopped. "What about Phoebe?"
"Me and Pheebs," he took her in his lap. "Are going to Fun City, and then to this huge indoor dome field and play soccer!"
As cheesy and unexciting it sounded to everyone else, Phoebe was almost peeing her pants in excitement. She hugged Oscar tight!
"You’re a good man, Oscar," Prue said as she ran upstairs.
The Next Day
Oscar and Phoebe stood on the porch. Prue gave Phoebe a big hug.
"Be good, babe," she whispered as she kissed her forehead.
Piper embraced her baby sister, just as Grams followed.
"Be safe."
When the cars were out of sight, Phoebe followed Oscar back inside. When she turned from closing the door, she saw Oscar looking at her. Her little Jaw began to quiver.
"We’re not going to any soccer filed are we," she managed to say.
He smiled evilly.
"No, we’re not. I had to get everyone else out of here. I have to whip you into shape. We’re going to have our own kind of fun."

Part2
Phoebe knew she should run. She knew if she could just run down to Andy’s house, she would be okay. Her mind was alive, but her body wasn’t responding. She was panicking, and she was losing.
“Phoebe, come here,” Oscar ordered, his back still to her.
Phoebe walked meekly in front of him. The coffee table was the only thing that separated them from each other. She felt a shiver run through her as her looked at her from head to toe.
“From now on, when we’re alone, you will call me sir. Do you know why Phoebe?” he asked leaning forward.
He was strong and big enough to reach across the table, pick her up and set her in front of him. She shook, but nodded.
“Yes, sir,” she said meekly.
“Come sit on my lap.”
Phoebe didn’t move a muscle. His hand came for what seemed out of nowhere and scooped her up and set of on her stomach on his lap. With a swift movement of his hand, he brought it down on her little bottom. She screamed in pain. With another swift movement, he sat her on her bottom so she faced him.
“Now, if would have just given you a little smack against the head, but that would give you a mark. Now, that hurt didn’t it?” His voice remained calm. He hadn’t yelled, or at least not yet.
“Yes, sir.”
“Now, you understand who’s in control. Who’s in control, Phoebe?”
“You are, sir.”
Phoebe never let her eyes move. She was scared. She did notice, however, his hand begin to move from her shoulder down to her body.
“Whatever me and you do Phoebe, it’s a secret, right?” Phoebe nodded. “You know why? Because men only do this to older girls. You want to feel older don’t you? Grams and your sisters would think you are not old enough, but you are aren’t you?”
“Yes, sir,” Phoebe replied as she felt him unzip her little pink jeans and pull them off.
She shivered, but never fought back. She had no idea what he was doing. But she wanted to be a big girl, Grams and Prue would never let her do anything, because she was “too little.” She wanted to be a big girl. Plus, she didn’t want to get spanked again. Oscar was a big man, she was too afraid to move, to fight back. Another shiver filled her as her slowly removed her little flowered underwear. It was weird, she wore pink and flowered underwear, but he still found her attractive. Was that his interest in her? Attractive?
She unconsciously gasped as he took her little vagina in his hand. He began fondling it. Silent tears began to come, but a cry filled the maner when two large fingers inserted themselves in her. She could here him chuckle. With his fingers still inside of her, he carried her up the stairs to her room. Quickly he removed her shirt and himself from his pants. Phoebe’s eyes widened when she saw how big and long he was. She had never seen a man before.
Fear overtook her as he removed his fingers. He got on top of her. He was six times her size. He smiled down at her. He said two words.
“Hold still.” With that he thrust into her.
She screamed in surprise, pain, and fright. His hand, which was about as big as her head smothered her screams.

Part3
Prue was the first to come home. She was only away for about four days. She smiled and waved as Andy drove back down the street. He was so sweet. There seemed to be an overwhelming number of good guys in her life at the moment. Andy and Oscar.
With suitcase in hand she made her way up the steps. She opened the large oak door. The house was silent. Maybe no one was home. Oscar’s car was in the driveway. He had to be home. She set her suitcase down and looked around. There at the bottom of the staircase, an arm wrapped around the bottom of the railing, was Phoebe. Phoebe knelt down and held her arms out.
“Come here, babe,” Prue laughed.
But as they hugged there was something different about her. She couldn’t tell. She shrugged it off.
“So, what did you do while I was gone?” she asked as she picked Phoebe up off of the ground.
Phoebe winced slightly as Prue held her in her arms. Prue looked at her suspiously.
“What’s wrong? What happened?” Prue asked.
Phoebe gave skeptical smile.
“Sure, Oscar and I were playing baseball and I slid on the ground the hit a rock. But Oscar took care of it.”
Prue smiled. She wasn’t surprised. Phoebe was always banging herself up. She set Phoebe down and took her hand. As she walked toward the kitchen, she continued.
“Tell more about what you did while I was gone.”
Phoebe sighed. She looked scared up the stairs. Oscar’s intoxicated eyes looked down at her at if in a warning. She took a deep breath and followed Prue into the kitchen, limping slightly.

Part4
Phoebe laid in bed as quietly as possible. Her eyes were open in fright. It was as if she was afraid to close them, which technically, she was. Her room was quiet as always. For at this very moment was the first time she ever envied her sisters for having to share a room.
Piper was finally back and she was relieved to have everyone back home. But somehow, someway, Oscar found a way to get them out of the house. She still didn’t understand what was going on. She was sure she didn’t like it though.
Grabbing her lion, she finally had the courage to get out of bed. As she made her way down the hall, her little feet trying to be as quiet as possible, she heard a door open. Phoebe never turned. Her body froze. The steps were coming closer.
“Phoebe?” It was a low, gentle whisper, but she knew exactly who it was.
Phoebe turned.
“Sir.”
Oscar grabbed Phoebe roughly.
“What the hell are you doing out of bed?” he hissed with a shake of Phoebe’s shoulders.
“Well, I . . .” Phoebe had know idea what to say.
She was astounded that she could even talk. Oscar picked her up and began to dag her back into her room. Knowing what was to come next, Phoebe was too afraid to move, but she knew she had to. Just as he began to leave the main hallway and retreat into where Phoebe’s bedroom was, a door opened. Oscar and Phoebe both froze. With a rough hand he put his hand over Phoebe’s mouth as if in a warning. His eyes said everything and she nodded in response.
“Hello? Oscar? Pheebs? What are you doing?” It was Prue.
Phoebe had never been so relieved to see Prue. Oscar wasn’t fast enough, he still had his hand over Phoebe’s mouth. Prue’s icy blue eyes looked at him with suspicion. Something was up. For the first time, Oscar seemed to be in a different light. Not the same gentle man. He even seemed somewhat evil. Prue removed her hands on her hips.
“Oscar, why doesn’t Phoebe sleep with me tonight,” Prue said as she held out her arms to Phoebe, while her eyes never left Oscar.
She guided Phoebe into the room. But before she closed her door, she took one last look at Oscar. A present feeling filled her; for the first time she had a feeling that her perfect new life was never perfect to begin with.
Phoebe sighed in relief as she crawled into Prue’s double bed. Her eyes glanced over at Piper’s sleeping form in her double bed. After moments of oblivious silence, it was then she noticed Prue’s eyes.

Part5
It was now Saturday, Grams was called out again for some reason; Prue had made plans that couldn’t be changed with Andy and Piper had to baby-sit. The morning sun lit up the breakfast room, as a few of the Halliwell women came in for breakfast.
“I’m not over reacting, Piper,” Prue said as she set down the last of the silver wear. “Something was going on.”
“What did Phoebe say?” Piper asked as she poured juice into the glasses.
“She said nothing was wrong. But you know her.”
Prue collapsed in defeat in her chair. Piper gave a little smirk and followed.
“Yes, I do know Phoebe. Don’t’ worry about it Prue, I’m sure you’re over reacting.” Piper took a sip of her juice. “Speaking of the lil’ devil, where is she?”
“Taking a shower,” Prue replied as she swallowed a gulp of juice. “You know how she always wears my robe when she goes in. Well, she refused to get undressed in front of me. It’s weird, Pip, she acting different.”
“I love you, Prue, but she’s growing up, get used to it.”
Just then Phoebe walked in her hair still wet. She sat in Prue’s lap like she always did to get her hair braided. AS she braided, Prue caught Piper’s eye. She two was noticing something different. She couldn’t see what though. Piper gave a little shrug, not noticing Prue’s suspicious eyes.
“Shit! I am so late!” Piper said noticing the grandfather clock. She gave Phoebe a kiss on the head. “Love you both!”
She hated leaving Phoebe alone, but she had to go with Andy. Just then she thought of something. She finished braiding Phoebe’s hair and stood up.
“I have to go, baby,” Prue said gently. She looked Phoebe in the eye. “I’m going to be right down the street. SO if anything, I mean anything happens, come down. Are you sure nothing is wrong?”
“Yes, Prue.”
Prue placed a kiss on her head.
“Fine, I’ll see ya.”
With that she walked out the back door. Phoebe looked around. She should leave. How was she going to get out though? Just then Oscar walked in.
“You were lucky last night,” he said with an intoxicated slur. “ You’re not going to be that lucky again. Drop your pants.”
Phoebe tried to undo her button of her jeans with her trembling fingers. She wasn’t fast enough. He launched at her and ripped her pants down. He forced her onto the ground and at the same time he removed himself from his pants.
For the first time, she let out a scream. He roughly put his hand over her mouth. He entered her forcing tears and sobs to overcome her. But then something happened. Something she never thought. Her heart stopped in thankfulness.
“You bastard!” It was Prue.
Through her blurred vision and pain filled body, she could just make out her sister. Prue through the shocked and dumbfounded Oscar off of her sister. She lifted Phoebe into her arms and carried her out to her car.
Oscar quickly regained his senses. He put himself together and ran after Prue. She was just buckling Phoebe in when he caught up with her. She held up her hand before he could even say a thing.
“No! You bastard! She’s barely ten! Don’t you ever, ever, EVER come near her again. Do you understand me! You better book it the hell out of here! You know why? Because when I get my hands on you, the police will have nothing left to identify you with.” With one last evil stare, Prue went around and drove away.
Prue sat with her head in her hands. How could this happen? The hustle and bustle of the hospital lobby was silent to her. She was only in her own world, her own problems. She began to pace. How could she let him in the house? God! How long had this been going on?
“Prue!”
Her head shot up. It was Andy. His father striding behind her. His partner behind him. Andy pulled her into a hug. Her eyes quickly caught Piper walking through the door. They too traded hugs.
“Halliwell?” An middle aged doctor met their gaze. “I think you should sit down. This is a lot to handle standing up.”
They all sat down, although they had to pull Prue down. The female doctor looked at them sympathy over filling her.
“Looks like this has happened before. She was raped more than once. Um . . . . . she has old bruises. She has internal scaring. That is what took the surgery so long. She had a torn cervix. She’s going to be okay, physically. We might have to keep an eye on her during her the rest of her life; she might not be able to conceive. She might okay physically, but she needs to go to therapy as soon as possible. You need to be with her a lot. Give her support.”
“Can we see her?” Piper finally asked.
“Yes. She’ll be able to leave tomorrow.”
The doctor led them to the room. Prue’s heart stopped. Piper’s knees gave way. Her small body was hooked up to a heart monitor. The sound penetrated their ears. How were they going to get through this?
The Next day
Phoebe sat quietly on the wooden bench outside of the Mr. Trudeau’s office. Her brown eyes glanced over her shoulder. Grams was in there now. She was arguing with Andy’s father. She didn’t fully understand what was going on. But she knew one thing.
“You’re nuts, Jeff! Oscar wouldn’t do that? Have you even asked Phoebe who did this? You don’t know that he did that?”
“Penny, face it! Oscar isn’t the man you thought. Where is he now? He bailed! You know what that’s good, because if I got my hands on the man! I would kill him.”
“Ask her Jeff! Get the facts!” Penny stormed out of the office. She turned to Phoebe and took her gently in her arms. “Honey, Mr. Trudeau needs to talk to you.”
Phoebe sat obediently in his office. Jeff knelt down to her level.
“Honey, you need to tell me who did this. If you I promise he won’t come after you again. Who did this to you, Phoebe? Was it Oscar?”
Phoebe didn’t respond. She looked at the ground. After many long moments she finally looked back up. She looked him straight into the eye.
“No.”
Everyone knew it was him. For goodness sake, Prue saw it. Why was she lying?
Part 6
Mr. Trudeau stood up in defeat. Why was she lying? She was lying right? Prue would just lie about this kind of stuff. Running his hand throw his hair in frustration, he walked out of his office. Penny, Prue and Piper caught his eye. All sat quietly on the bench. One denying it, another wanting to avenge her sister and that other just confused and hit too hard with reality.
As he approached, Prue and Piper were the only two that stood. Penny was ignoring his presence. Prue looked all too eager to hear what phoebe had to say and Piper looked like she was going to break. Jeff must have looked like he was in defeat because Prue’s face was prepared to melt.
You’re not going to arrest him, are you?" Prue asked, her voice no longer strong.
“She won’t tell me that it was him, she barely even knows what he did to her. If she doesn’t say it was him, and you being the only person who saw it, let alone truly believes it, there is no reason to arrest him. There is no present evidence," Jeff Trudeau explained.
Prue held back her tears. SHE looked around the room in confusion and frustration. Placing Piper gently in her arms, she rested her chin on her head. She turned back to Jeff.
"Can we at least file a restraining order?" she asked.
(okay, I know a little about the law, but don’t jump on me if this is wrong. Remember guys and gals this is fiction.)
"With what, Prue? You are the only one that saw it and at the moment you’re that only on who is actually agreeing with it," Jeff yelled in frustration.
Prue held Piper tighter. Everything was falling apart. Jeff soon regretted yelling. He looked more at the sisters.
"I’m sorry. It’s just . . . . this isn’t right." Jeff sighed. " Why don’t you three come stay over at my house for a while." His eyes soon caught eye of Penny. " Go get Phoebe, girls. I need to talk to your Grams."
Prue led Piper into the office. Phoebe looked up at the sight of her sisters. Prue was the first to approach her, Piper held back. She couldn’t comprehend this. Was this how that adult world, that she had so envied to be in, was going to be, or already is? Prue took Phoebe in her arms and set her on her lap.
"Pheebs, Jeff is going to see if we can stay over at his house for a little while." Prue was holding back tears as she played with Phoebe’s still braided hair. "Is there anything you want?"
"No," Phoebe said quietly. Then her big brown eyes looked up at Prue. Prue’s heart stopped when she saw a little bruise near her ear. "Can we get Mr. Lion?"
Prue gave a weak tearful smile.
"Sure."
As the three sisters exited the room, their ears became exposed to the conversation almost the entire station could hear.
"Jeff, no, are you taking away my girls?" Penny asked.
"Penny, you need to go stay with Gail, the girls will bbe safe with me. You need some time."
"I don’t need time, damn it! Just give me my girls, Jeff."
Jeff finally noticed the eyes that were looking at them. He pulled her close.
"Penny, I’ve known you forever. You need to face it. Don’t deny it. Look over there, Penny. Look at those girls, your daughter’s girls. Go home, talk Gail. Talk someone." He pulled her closer. "For Christ’s sake, I don’t even care if you vanquish him. Talk to someone. Talk to Patty. The girls will be with me. I’ll call you."
He pulled away. Through her tearful, defeat eyes. Penny gave a nod. She walked over to the girls. She looked down at Phoebe who was in Piper’s arms.
"Baby, you’re going to be okay. I need you to tell the truth. He’ll never come after you again. I promise. Things will get better. I just need you to be tough, okay?" She placed a gently kiss on her forehead. "I love you."
She looked at Prue.
"You don’t have to be so strong, Prue. Promise me, when you get a chance, that you’ll cry. Let it out. I love you."
Finally, she looked at Piper.
"I know this hard for you. I want you to tlak to Celeste (Andy’s mom). Ask questions, Piper. It’s okay. Talk, cry. I’m so sorry you had to go through with this."
She wiped away Piper’s tears.
"Me too," Piper simply responded. Grams kissed her on the cheek.
"You were always an angel." She turned. "I’ll be back, girls."
"Let's go, girls," Jeff said as he guided them out to his car.
Part7
Prue sat quietly outside on the porch of Andy’s house. She couldn’t cry. She wasn’t going to. She got up and headed towards the guest room where the three girls were staying. She paused a moment trying to muster up strength. Finally, her hand knocked.
“Come in,” answered a small voice.
Prue opened the door quietly. She a grief look cast over her eyes as she saw Piper sitting on the bed. She looked so much younger then. She was no longer fourteen, she looked more like four.
Prue opened her mouth to say something, but realized quickly that she had now idea what to say. The silence was intolerable. However, Prue faced the sience much better than the option to leave. She couldn’t leave.
“Prue,” Piper finally said. “What’s going to happen?”
“I don’t know, babe,” Prue said sitting down next to her. She paused she had no idea what to say next. “I don’t know what to tell you, Piper. I mean we both knew it was out there. I’m trying to figure it out myself.”
“How’s that going?” Piper asked looking at Prue for the first time in the conversation. Prue gave a small smile.
“It’s . . . .going.” She paused again. Then she looked Piper in the eye. “I can’t tell you much, but I’ll tell you what I know. The world pretty much sucks if you look at it. People spend their entire lives looking for happiness to try to get away from the bad. There are bad people in this world. There are terrible things. I’ve come conclusion that the only thing that’s worth living for is each other. I think, why hell am I here? Then, you walk in the room and ask me some question about some guy. Or Phoebe starts making up an Indian rain dance in the living room. I’ve given up trying to explain to her that it won’t rain in the living room. Bad things happen, Pip. We’re just lucky enough to have each other around. TO better understand what’s going on, we’ll get through this, we just have to remember that we’re sisters, the three of us, and sisters—’’
“Never give up,” Piper finished. Prue wrapped her arm around
“Listen, I’ve been meaning to do something and I think it would be best if I do it with you.” Prue looked down at Piper. “I need to cry, Piper, but I told myself I wasn’t but I think the walls around are crashing so don’t hold it against me, okay?”
Tear were already falling when Piper gave a nod. Together they cried in each others arms. For the first time, Prue’s life she actually let. After about fifteen minutes of nonstop crying, there was a knock on the door. The sister quickly wiped their tears.
“Come in.”
Phoebe came through the door quietly, walked over and sat on the bed. She remained silent as she did so. The two elder Halliwells were afraid to say anything. Phoebe eventually broke the silence.
“Did I do something wrong?”
Their hearts broke immediately. It was hard enough for Piper to understand this, she couldn’t even imagine what Phoebe was going through. Piper pulled herinto her lap.
“It’s not you, it is so not you.”
Phoebe’s big brown eyes looked up at her sisters. Her eyes glazed with tears, lost, confused, and broken, she looked at her siters.
“Then, who else can it be?”
Prue exchanged looks with Piper. How were they going to explain this to her? How were they ever going to live through this?
TBC??
Part8
There was a long silence. They had know idea how to explain this to her. With Phoebe still in Piper’s lap, Prue took Phoebe hands in hers.
"This is not your fault. This man hurt you like no woman, young or grown, should be ever, ever hurt." Prue felt her eyes water up again. She gave a weak smile remembering what she used to say to Phoebe when she was younger. "WE have to be strong, baby—’’
" ‘Cause men don’t have enough strength to go around.’" Phoebe finished.
"But you know what?" Piper asked gently wrapping her arms around Phoebe. Phoebe shook her head. "It’s okay to cry, even if you don’t know what’s going on or what’s happening. People cry all the time for no reason whatsoever. And you know what? That’s okay."
"I just . . .I just." Tears overcame her before Phoebe could finish.
Piper cradled her in her arms. Prue climbed back on the bed and leaned her sisters into her lap. Together they cried. All three of them. As Prue held them, she knew one thing, one sure thing that was as clean as spring water. She was going to get this man. He was going to know what it felt to mess with a Halliwell. But she knew that to get this man, Phoebe had to confess, she had to tell what happened.
Prue awoke with Phoebe in her arms. She sat up holding Phoebe so gently. She rocked her back in fourth in her arms. She didn’t want this little girl to grow up. She didn’t want her ever to be come aware of the horrors of the world, especially like this. Phoebe gave a stir and opened her eyes. She gave a smile.
"Hey, Prue."
"That’s what I love about you, Pheebs." Prue set Phoebe on the bed.
"What?"
"That you still find time to smile." There was another silence. "Phoebe, do you know what happened to you?"
Phoebe shook her head.
"It’s called rape. Rape is when someone forces you to have sex. It was also child molestation. He took advantage of you baby. TO get this bastard in jail, you have to tell Jeff exactly what happened."
Phoebe looked at the ground the entire time Prue talked. Finally she looked up.
"Okay."
They arrived at the station a few hours later. Jeff brought the three of them into his office. He put the tape recorder on the desk. He knelt down in front of Phoebe where she sat.
"Alright, kiddo. You can start when ever you want to, go at your own pace."
Phoebe took in a deep breath. Prue and Piper did the same as they sat behind her. No one knew what to say, how to feel, how to react.
"Oscar got Grams and my sisters out of the house for a week. It all started then. Right after they left. He told me . . . he told me that whatever we did that it was a secret. To feel like a big girl, I had to act like one. He said that Grams and my sisters would disapprove of me being treated like a big girl this early. I wanted to be treated like a big girl so I said okay. But sometimes, if I wasn’t fast enough, he would spank me. Usually, how it always started is when he was board or drunk. He would . . . um . . . . he would take off my pants and my underwear and start . . . um . . . .felling me."
The other three, Prue, Piper and Jeff, took in a deep breath. They knew what he was doing. It wasn’t right, not at all.
"Then, he would . . . . he would . . . .put his fingers inside me." Tears were now freely rolling down her cheek.
"You can stop any time," Jeff said gently, but to his astonishment she went on.
"He would usually bring me up to my room, if I wasn’t in my room already. He would sometimes come in at night. When everyone was asleep." Prue’s heart broke. He did this with them in the house? "He would take off the rest of my clothes and take um . . . . his . . . you know . . . out. He never took off any of his clothes. He just took off mine. Then he stuck it in me. It hurt every time, but he always had his hand over my mouth. But then sometimes, if I screamed too much. He’s punish me."
Jeff’s head shot up.
"How he do that Pheebs?"
"Sometimes he would lock my closet and put my dresser against the wall so I couldn’t get to my clothes. He would . .. . . make me walk around naked without them. He only did the week my sisters and Grams were gone. He would usually spank me though for a long time. He had this big belt he always wore. He um . . . . with that. . . . he hit me with that."
Prue began to piece everything together. When she had come home, Phoebe winced when she held her. Phoebe finally broke down. Jeff held her in his arms. His telephone rang and her gently gave her to Piper. Prue approached Jeff.
"I think she has marks." Before he picked up and the phone, he looked at her skeptically. "Whenever I held her she winced."
"Thanks, Prue, if they don’t believe her we’ll use that." Jeff picked up the phone. "Hello? . . . .WHAT! . . . .here?"
Jeff looked up to see Oscar walk through the front door of the station in handcuffs. He slammed the phone down.
"Prue, girls, stay here!" Jeff said as he stormed out of the office.
Prue watched through the blinds as Jeff led him to a back room. She glanced at her sisters, they hadn’t seen who had come in.
Jeff closed the door behind him. There was only he, his partner, and a police officer of seeing. He was determined to break this man. His partner, Mitch knew what was going on. He was also in the room part of the time during Phoebe’s confession. He had daughters too. He wanted to rip this man apart.
"What did you do to Phoebe Halliwell two days ago?"
"I don’t know what you’re talking about," Oscar answered.
Jeff had had it. Rage overtook him. He had hurt a little girl, to make matters worse the little girl was practically his daughter. He took Oscar by the shirt and through him up against the wall.
"Confess, damn you!"
Mitch and the other officer pried him off of Oscar. Just then the door opened. There stood Prue. Rage filled her eyes. She was a small girl but the rage made her stronger.
"You son of a bitch!" She launched at him. "You sick bastard!"
In handcuffs he couldn’t fight back. She had only enough time to give him punches in the face before she pried off of him. However, they were going to be seen tomorrow.
"Prue!" Jeff yelled. "I know, but what’s more important kicking his ass, which by the way is way up there, or being there for your sisters?"
Prue gave a sigh, she glared at Oscar one last time and gracefully walked out of the room.
Jeff turned to the officer.
"Arrest that man for child rape and harassment."
"Gladly."
Just as he was being pulled out of the room, Jeff took his ear.
"I’ll see to it that you pay, you sick son of a bitch. I have proof."
Jeff went back to his office, grabbed the tape and gave it to his chief. He went back to Phoebe.
"That man will never come after you again. Come here, girls." Jeff pulled them all into a hug.
Everything was all over, right? But they still had to put him in jail. And even if they did. Where would Grams stand?
Part9
Jeff pulled up in front of the Halliwell Manor. He sighed and gave a wave to Grams, who soon came out and gave a weak wave. He turned in his seat and looked at the girls.
“You’ll be fine.” Three simple words.
Prue gave a thankful look. She took Phoebe in her arms and headed toward the house. She gave Grams a quick glance and headed into the house, Piper in the tow.
Grams gave a deep sigh and followed the girls in. She still hadn’t come to grips with what her soon to be ex husband did. However, the woman she raised, her daughter, showed her what he did. It was terrible. Absolutely terrible.
Prue set Phoebe in the kitchen and sat down as Piper silently began to cook up some garlic bread pizza. Grams entered and lingered in the door way. No one knew what to say. The silence over powered and was intimidating to the women..
“Listen, girls, I’m so sorry.” Grams took a seat at the breakfast table. “C’mere, Pheebs.” Grams took Phoebe in her arms. “I will never be able to forgive myself for letting that man into the house. I can never even imagine what you went through. Don’t hold it in, baby.”
She set Phoebe in her lap. She took another deep breath.
“Listen, I’m not perfect. It’ll take me awhile to really accept this. This man had me wrapped around his finger. I loved him, but my love got in the way. It blinded me from what was really going on. Like everyone else, I make mistakes, I’m not perfect. But we’ll get through this, because we’re women, we’re Halliwell women. We’re stronger than any man around. And that’s important because –’’
“Men don’t have enough strength to go around,” the girls finished.
Grams laughed.
“It’ll take awhile for this to heal and I’ll make mistakes, many more; I promise you that. As we’re healing that doesn’t mean we have to be so strong that we’re hard to the core. Let out emotions, girls, supposed to feel this, it’s called life. Shittie stuff happens, by the way, I don’t want to hear the word muttered out of your mouths.” Grams gave a grin and continued. “But you’ll, we’ll, be okay, because you have each other. There aren’t many word that can describe how much sorrow and regret that you girls have been through, especially you, Phoebe. I don’t expect you to forgive me. I do though, you girls have to help me. If that man comes to the door and begs for me back, I’m afraid that I won’t be able to say. So, mark my words, and promise me, if that man or other man that would hurt you or me, or us, get out of here, no matter what I say.”
Prue had tears in her eyes.
“Grams, we’re not mad at you, we never we. We love you.” Prue gave a small grin. “Sometimes, we think you’re out mind, but . . . We’ll try our best to take of you just like taken care of us.”
“That’s right, Grams, know you’re human.” And half witch, Grams thought. “We’ll be alright, in time.”
“Ya, Grams. Nothings perfect, Grams. It’s not like we were waiting for it to come.” But deep down all four of them, hoped for perfect. Who didn’t? “We’ll be fine.” Phoebe raised her eyebrows. “ ‘Cause we are fine.”
“Come here, girls.”
The four Halliwell women embraced each other in the kitchen. They were home, a home where at least one Halliwell would grow old in and raise children. Home would always be the haven for the Halliwells, because home is where the heart is.
